At Babak, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our leather goods. Each item is handmade in our Ukrainian workshop with a focus on durability, aesthetics, and the unique character of genuine leather. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • The item has not been used.
  • Original packaging is preserved.
  • The buyer covers return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

1-Year Warranty & Repairs

Babak workshop provides a 1-year warranty on all our products from the date of purchase.

What we cover (Warranty Repair):

  • Hardware repair or replacement (the master decides whether to repair or replace after a physical inspection).
  • Sending replacement hardware parts if you prefer to fix it yourself (to save on shipping).
  • Zipper repair (slider replacement, detached or split zippers).
  • Full zipper replacement if repair is not possible.
  • Restitching along the seams (where technologically possible).

What we do NOT cover:

  • We do not patch or stitch cut or torn leather.
  • We do not replace the old bag with a brand-new one.
  • Repairs that are technologically impossible.
  • Leather painting or restoration of the leather structure.

Important Details:

  • Repairs typically take 1 to 3 weeks.
  • If the warranty period (1 year) has expired, repairs are still possible for an additional fee, calculated individually.
