Payment & Delivery

Orders within Ukraine

We discuss your order (model and color) and confirm all deadlines for payment, production, and delivery.

Option A: 100% Prepayment

• Full payment to our bank card.
• We craft your item (check production times with our manager).
• Delivery via Nova Poshta (1-2 days) or UkrPoshta (2-5 days). Shipping costs are determined by the carrier.

Option B: Partial Prepayment (Cash on Delivery)

• Prepayment of 100-200 UAH (depending on the item size).
• We craft your item and ship it via Nova Poshta.
• You pay the remaining balance upon receipt (Cash on Delivery).
• Note: You will also cover Nova Poshta's money transfer fee (2% of the amount).

Custom Orders (Custom colors or design changes):

• Require 100% prepayment.
• Non-refundable.
• Shop discounts do not apply.
• Final price will be confirmed by our manager.
  

International Orders

• We discuss the order and confirm production and delivery timelines.
• Payment: 100% prepayment via Payoneer or SWIFT transfer. Payment system commissions are covered by the buyer.
• Shipping costs are added to the total and depend on the weight of the item.
• Once payment is made, please send us a screenshot of the receipt.
• Shipping: We ship via international post and provide a tracking code. You can track it on the UkrPoshta website first, and then on your local post office's website once it leaves Ukraine.
• Delivery Time: Usually 10-14 days.
